The responsibilities of the Office of Administration and Finance are to perform pre-audits of all invoices and payrolls submitted for payment by the City departments, produce timely and accurate financial reporting and to maintain the City's budget.

The department also oversees the functions of the Assessors, Collector/Treasurer and MIS offices.
