Curbside White Goods Collection Now Available

Amesbury is pleased to begin offering curbside white goods collection along our trash routes. Residents may dispose of appliances such as stoves, dishwashers, water heaters, refrigerators, air conditioners and other light iron goods curbside with the purchase of a white goods collection sticker.

Stickers may be obtained through the Department of Public Works or Mayor’s Office and will cost $30 for items with Freon (air conditioners, refrigerators) and $20 for all other white goods. Collection will occur the first Tuesday of each month. Stickers must be purchased the Friday prior to next scheduled collection date. Items may be placed curbside 48 hours prior to the collection. Items without a white goods sticker will not be collected.
