Amesbury Introduces New Water and Sewer Billing

The city website has been updated to include the new portal for online water and sewer bill payments. The link can be found in the main menu under "Pay & Apply", then "Pay For".
The contract with the previous vendor, Pennichuck ended in June of 2023. Through the procurement process of finding a new vendor to handle water and sewer billing, the city was able to save $150,000+ over the course of the new, 3-year contract with
Diversified Technology.
